When I began crafting La Menta, I visualised it a powerful beginning to my shows. It deliberately starts very melodic and relaxed- I wanted the first half to feel like we're together at an open-air festival, maybe in Greece, the sun is setting, the air is warm and the connection between all of us is tangible. As the chords fade, there's a distinct change of tone, and suddenly we all realize that something darker is looming.
